Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Request routing for apparel retailers, via their website links.
• Update Warehouse Management System with appropriate date, time, and carrier information for driver pickups.
• Prepare and close Bills of Lading for each day's shipments.
• Become familiar with BOL vendor requirements.
• Daily verbal and written communication with Account Reps on all traffic matters to ensure flawless operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of routing guides for all vendor requirements
• 1+ year of Traffic and 3PL business knowledge preferred
• WMS system experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
