Anza is currently seeking an on-site full time Resident Manager to direct operations on a 87-Unit apartment community in the Inland Empire, CA area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner which will meet the goals of Anza Management Company, optimizes return on investment for owners, provides a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.
· Maintains high occupancy.
· Effectively markets the community.
· Directs timely rent collections and deals with all income related issues.
· Keep monthly expenditures within the limits of the approved budget.
· Takes necessary steps to ensure both appearance and physical integrity of the property and its assets are in good condition at all times.
· Coordinates the maintenance of the property with appropriate support groups to ensure the quality and timeliness of maintenance efforts.
· Promotes positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendors and clients.
· Enforces community rules.
· Develops a professional, motivated team through effective personnel management.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST!
· Must be able to work flexible hours.
· Minimum 2 years experience as manager of comparable property;
· Excellent management skills including sales, customer service, public relations and marketing.
· Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff and management.
· Light computers skills (Property Management software Yardi preferred).
· Valid driver license is required.

Job Description
Primary role of this position is to underwrite residential mortgage loans ensuring compliance with appropriate company and secondary market investor standards. Within this role you will be responsible for examining loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will be required to work with processing staff to obtain any necessary documentation. Underwriter must have a full understanding of all aspects of Conventional and FHA underwriting, knowledge of VA guidelines is a plus. Candidate must also possess great attention to detail and has the authority to withdraw and decline loans.


Responsibilities
- Underwrite loans ensuring compliance
- Thoroughly examine loan documentation and financial statements
- Evaluate loans in order to maximize profits and minimize risk or loss
- Inform processing department of necessary loan conditions
- Maintain high level of knowledge of product guidelines
- Must be able to evaluate loans to minimize risk or loss
- Manage large loan pipelines


Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years underwriting experience
- Knowledge of Conventional and FHA guidelines, VA a plus!
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced working environment
